Community Guidelines

Unplugged Roads should be useful, friendly, and safe. Submissions are checked automatically. Clearly safe contributions may appear right away, uncertain contributions wait for the owner, and clearly prohibited material is rejected.

What belongs here

• Honest truck-camper experiences from every brand and builder, questions, answers, journeys, setups, fixes, compatibility information, accessories, and products you have actually used.
• Respectful disagreement based on personal experience.
• Photos and writing you created or have permission to share.

What does not belong here

• Last names, street addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, passwords, or other private information.
• Threats, harassment, hate, illegal activity, explicit material, spam, advertising, or impersonation.
• Claims presented as proven facts when they are only guesses or personal opinions.
• Photos showing people who did not agree to be shown.
• Shortened, hidden, misleading, referral, affiliate, or tracking links.

Safety

Do not treat community advice as professional mechanical, electrical, medical, legal, or emergency advice. Verify repairs, modifications, weights, towing limits, fire safety, and electrical work with qualified sources before acting.

Product recommendations

Recommend only products you have actually used. Disclose free products, discounts, sponsorships, commissions, or any other relationship. A recommendation is a member’s opinion, not an endorsement or safety guarantee from Unplugged Roads.

Age and permission

Contributors must be at least 18 years old. By submitting content, you confirm that you created it or have permission to share it and that Unplugged Roads may display it. You still own your original content.

Moderation

Automatic checks look for explicit sexual material, severe vulgar or hateful language, violence, and spam. No automatic system is perfect. Uncertain content waits for the site owner, who may approve, reject, edit for privacy, or remove content. Rejected content is not kept in the community database.
